Prices!

The prices are often very low on hostels compared with other lodgings. The price is based on the condition that the guest manage a part of the service that you usually get on hotels.

The guest should clean their own room, cook their own meals and bring their own bed linen. They should also keep the kitchen and living room clean and tidy after they have used it.

All hostels are run like a private company and it is the holder of the company who sets the prices. That's why the price can be different from hostel to hostel depending on the location or standard or other factors.

On Jokkmokk hostel in Jokkmokk we have 2-3-4-5 and 6-bedrooms. During high season we also provide dormitory rooms for women and men who travel alone but are willing to share room with other people. Single rooms are only available if there are lots of empty rooms.

We have the same prices all year around except during the winter fair.

Membership cards are available for purchase in our reception when you arrive, or on other hostels and at STC offices, you might even be able to buy them at some tourist information agencies.

Groups should always check the price before arriving. Children in a group will not receive children discount.

In our reception you can also buy fishing license, stamps, postcards, souvenirs, t-shirts and books.

Breakfast

During the high season in the summer we serve breakfast every day. The breakfast contains of fil, müsli, cornflakes, jam and apple-sauce, hard and soft bread, cheese, sausage, marmalade, juice, coffee and the.

Breakfast is reserved and payed in the reception on arrival. If there are no reservations made for breakfast we will not serve any.

During the rest of the season breakfast will only be served for groups of minimum 10 person that have pre booked it.
