When you make a reservation, you have to tell us how many persons you are, how you would like to stay and when you would like to stay at our hostel.
If you have pre booked during summer you have to check in between 5 pm to 6 pm.

If that is impossible for you please inform us so we are prepared that you arrive late. If you fail to inform us, your room will be distributed to an other guest. If you want to cancel a reservation you have to do that not later than 6 pm the day before your arrival. Not canceled rooms will be charged to you according to established practice.

The reception opening hours during high summer are 8 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 8.30 pm. During Autumn, Winter and Spring the opening hours are 5 pm to 7 pm.
